I was so embarrassed even having people come over seeing that. When searching for a landscape design company, Kevin was the first person we met with. He was very responsive, gave us a quote that same day and included a really nice design with it. Doing what any homeowner would do, I contacted a handful of other companies to compare pricing as I won't lie, I was a little sticker shocked. It was very clear that Kevin's pricing was fair, and he adds such incredible value to the project other companies did not. He was also the only company to recommend added concrete to our stoop to extend it out a bit to keep the integrity to the structure of the stoop and our home. His customer service was also just so much better. It could just be me or maybe because this was our first home project, I was excited but so nervous at the same time. Any questions I had during the project, Kevin answered right away, or if I had any concerns, he put my mind at ease very quickly. Our stoop came out BEAUTIFUL!!! We love it so much!!! And I'm so happy we said yes to adding our walkway. I can't stop smiling when I look at everything! Also noting, he worked so well with my contractor who helped with doing some waterproofing on our siding before the paver job started. I explained to Kevin how he would be replacing our pillars and doing prep work for waterproofing. He got right on the phone with him and talked through the details. That way my contractor could do the prep work before Everlast started. It speaks volumes when companies work well together! While Kevin can also do these things (learned after the fact), he was very respectful that we had a trusted person who specializes in waterproofing. We've already gotten compliments from our neighbors, and when I sent pics to my family and friends, they loved it too! I can't wait until we move forward with other projects with them to finish our patio and add a retaining wall to the rest of our home. Highly recommend using Everlast!"
